EPS Mission Support Services Division is seeking candidates for an Office/Project Coordinator position to support a federal agency. You will be an integral part in ensuring that office/project operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting business activities.

The Office/Project Coordinator will follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency while maintaining files and records with effective filing systems.

Specific Responsibilities include:

Provide project support directly to branch head and staff.
Compile weekly reports and summaries for management review.
Compile paperwork and tracks HR actions including hiring, promotions, transfers and retirements.
Coordinates distribution of information within branch.
Acts as Records Manager for the Branch. Maintains records via the HP Records Manager System in accordance with the Records Management plan, safeguarding confidentiality of proprietary information and other sensitive data.
Submit purchase requests via the PRF system for purchases for the branch and projects.
Submit ITPRs for IT purchases for the Branch and projects.
Act as Office Supply Stock Manager.
Office point of contact to Facilities for building maintenance work orders and issues.
Assist with resolving any issues employees have with computers, travel, payroll, etc.
Maintain and track annual training requirements for branch employees and sends reminders to keep staff up-to-date with training.
Submit visit requests via JPAS.
Submit SAARs for employees��?���¢��??��?? computer access.
Creates 1149��?���¢��??��??s for shipping via ERP for branch and projects.
Assists employees and management with timekeeping in ERP.
Maintain liaison with other departments.

Education and Experience:
Requires Bachelor's degree (Business, Financial, or related field) or equivalent and two to four years of related experience.
Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Requires strong attention to detail.
Requires experience with Microsoft Office applications.
Requires ability to quickly adapt and become proficient using financial management tools/computer programs.
Knowledge of DoD financial management and financial systems is preferred.
Requires active DoD Secret clearance
