**Position requires an active TS/SCI with a polygraph**


Performs a variety of general administrative tasks in support of the day-to-day operations of an office, group or customer.


Core Hours - 9:00 - 3:00 - Contractor will split time between Lake Fairfax and DD; (8) times a year will travel to HQ (McLean) for Orientation, arrival time 5:30am and is expected to work a 10 hour shift; Oversee approximately (6) New Hire Orientation courses annually; New Hire Orientation courses are 23 days long and held every month; Compile and provide orientation packets to attendees (80-100 per course); When report to OHB arrive no later than 5:30am to complete the setup of Auditorium lobby and organize Day 1 packets; Assist with (5) student intern courses on an annual basis; Meet with all attendees at the start of each day to gather signature for daily attendance; Update numerous spreadsheets and course lists; create name tags/seating charts/other docs for training; Reach out to other office to acquire docs for orientation packets; Backup for other Training Administrators; Submit course credits for students; Interact with instructors/presenters/PMs; Meet content partners and briefers and introduce to PM; Review list of presenters and confirm availability; Secure backup presenters if someone cancels, from list of presenters; Multitask/manage high volume of material and documentation; Ability to work in fast paced environment; Attention to detail; Ability to adapt to many changes

1. Performs a variety of general administrative tasks, such as preparing reports and correspondence, answering phones, filing, and sorting and distributing mail, in support of the day-to-day operations of an office, group or customer.


2. Compiles various contract, program, and financial data using various database programs, and prepares monthly status reports based on the results.


3. Collects and inputs timesheet information into automated accounting system and processes labor corrections.


4. Processes purchasing requisitions, invoices for consultants and subcontractors, and travel and expense reports.


5. Serves as point of contact for the office or group on issues related to accounting, human resources, purchasing, and other departments, as well as outside contacts such as customers, vendors, and subcontractors.


6. Participates in special projects as required.


1-3 years of related administrative experience.
