full-time part-time employee contract
The Mobile Security Team Lead (MST) performs protective services as part of Protective Services Detail (PRS Detail). These PRS Details support the movement and protection at venues of members of the client. Mobile Security Team Lead's must possess the highest quality of professionalism, attention to detail and leadership skill which requires minimum to no supervision. They must be highly motivated and be able to work extremely well under stress and react effectively and efficiently to emergency situations.
He/she is responsible for the day to day protective security functions as specified in the daily post and detail orders
Responsible for driving the lead vehicle or follow vehicle or act as the response agent during operations or advanced security preparations
Maintains protective formation position during the Principal's walking movements and provides security at the Principal's residence or Command Post as required
Performs task as part of a PRS team
Execute day-to-day protective service for designated clients during movement, at venues and at residences
Operate lead, client or follow-on vehicles within convoys
Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned according to the needs of the customer/client
Familiarity with physical security and access controls matter
Five (5) years of military or similar police or local guard force experience.
Three (3) years shall include supervisory experience in the security field, either as an NCO or civilian equivalent.
One (1) year shall include experience in protective security assignments.
Familiar with contract issued weapons: 9mm semi-automatic hand gun, M4 rifle, and AK-47
Must possess Active US Secret Clearance
Must successfully pass all required courses specified by the client
Subject to working rotating shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays
The contract requires you to be a U.S. Citizen

Physical Demands: The physical demands listed below, though not fully inclusive, must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Must be able to remain in a stationary position for a long period of time. The employee is frequently required to move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. The employee is occasionally required to stand; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Work Environment: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. During visits to areas of operations, may be exposed to extreme cold or hot weather conditions. Is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and loud noise.
