Basic Program Overview:
The successful candidate will serve as the Distributed Common Ground System Army (DCGS-A) Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Training Lead for the DCGS-A Family of Systems (FoS) at Field Office Fort Hood (FOFH), Texas. Serves as the Senior Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SIGINT Technical Training across all DCGS-A FoS projects and capabilities, including Fixed Sites. Contributes to the planning, development, and implementation of training programs from initiation of the Material Developers training development process based on the Analyze, Design Develop, Implement and Evaluate (ADDIE) model, through the delivery of NET and sustainment training, to meet PM, DCGS-A requirements. The successful candidate for this position will formulate and execute New Equipment Training (NET) in concert with PM, DCGS-A fielding activities worldwide including hostile fire zones and provide related Training Support and Over-The-Shoulder training, as directed. Characterizes and tests software and provides written or verbal evaluations of fixes, rewrites, version differences, and other relevant data. Applies emerging doctrine and tactics, to system design and development. Provides technical and applied training expertise in all phases of training development through the execution of New Equipment Training (NET). Works on complex assignments, conducting analysis and develops solutions in the application of information technology. Reviews technical documentation and works with the Training Developer, Combat Developer, and Army users to define existing or new system scope and objectives. Analyzes and provides recommendations on issues dealing with system and operational architectures. Coordinates with user community representatives as directed throughout all phases of training development concerning requirements definition, clarification, prioritization, and alternatives. Trains and supervises personnel. Provides training to Army Senior Leaders as directed. Responsible for the employment, training, motivation, and evaluation of assigned staff; provides technical direction as necessary to complete tasks. Interacts readily with the technical staff and vendors both within and outside the DCGS-A program. Conducts independent research to support DCGS-A requirements. Coordinates efforts within assigned areas of responsibility to ensure a collaborative output that meets time constraints. Conducts training programs on complex topics and designs and develops training program elements/modules. Principal NET Instructor for DCGS-A Inc1 SIGINT, Leader and applied SIGINT Training modules. Develops Sustainment Training Plans to assist the customer with employment of fielded DCGS-A equipment. Serves as NET Training Lead for the DCGS-A Inc1 system, coordinating and managing all aspects of training and fielding equipment to customers to include pre-deployment coordination, preparing weekly activities reports to the customer and training team, and ensuring training and fielding remote sites are prepared to meet the teams logistical requirements. Assists PM DCGS-A SETA Training Lead with Training Development of DCGS-A SIGINT FoS training material that includes Programs of Instruction (POI) and Training Support Packages (TSP) and prior to the exacution of all Test and Evaluation events.

Mandatory SKills Requirements:
Must have 15 or more years of verifiable Army Military Intelligence experience/training experience as an officer, noncommissioned officer, or equivalent experience.
•Must have experience in the development, planning, execution and management of complex Multi-Intelligence individual/collective SIGINT training events occurring simultaneously at diverse locations worldwide.
•Must have experience managing projects from initiation through closing.
•Must be able of determining training requirements for specific job functions, and develop training programs and training materials necessary for effecting the actual training.
•Must be capable of conducting research necessary to develop and revise training courses, curriculum and training programs.
•Must be able to develop all course material, such as course manuals, training aids, student texts and handouts.
•Skills experience must include providing classroom and on-the-job instruction and computer based/aided training.
•Must have advanced specialized training in areas specific to their professional experience.
•Must be deployable/be able to travel.
•Must have a minimum of a Secret security clearance to start with ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security Clearance with SCI access.

Other Skills Preferred:
Must be Subject Matter Experts in Command Control Communications & Computers Intelligence Surveillance & Reconnaissance (C4ISR) systems, their employment and practical application.
•Minimum 2-5 years experience delivering and leading DCGS-A Intelligence Systems NET events as a Training Team Lead and Mission Lead.
•Required to draw upon practical knowledge to develop Techniques, Tactics & Procedures, mentor soldiers in the practical application and system employment of C4ISR systems and evaluate training developed by the government and other contractors to assess whether or not the training materials meet the Army’s requirements.
