With more and more customers completing most of their shopping and car-buying prep work online, we are looking for Associates who want to play a crucial role in our customer’s CarMax shopping experience. As a key member of our in-store and home delivery teams, our Customer Specialists will facilitate the completion of sales transactions and provide exceptional customer service throughout our home delivery process.
