DIRECTOR OF SALES & ENROLLMENT
Time Commitment: Full-Time (40 hours per week)

Supervisor: Chief Operating Officer

Effective Hire Date: November 1st

Compensation: Base Salary Starts at $2,300 + Performance Incentives

Commission: Up to $100 / sign-up

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, or business administrative field
2+ years sales experience in services field
Proficient with Mac & Google Drive based programs
Proficient with Pages, Word, Numbers, Excel, Keynote, Powerpoint.
Draft professional emails
Ability to listen and respond clearly to customer needs
Can meet timely deadlines and respond with urgency
Ability to multitask and prioritize duties
Working knowledge of sales management software, sales techniques, and processes
Responsibilities
40 hours a week
Track and report marketing and sales metrics
Oversee advertising and marketing messages to drive traffic to our offers
Manage lead follow-up process to increase prospects into appointment attendance
Oversee and track new member onboarding sign-up process
Key job role performance indicators: Leads, Attended Appointments, Sign-ups
Schedule
Schedule: â??*flexible schedule available upon hire and further discussion

Monday- 11-7pm
Tuesday- 8-4pm
Wednesday- 11-7pm
Thursday- 8-4pm
Friday- 8-3pm
Saturday- 1 Weekend half day sales shift per month
Proforma: â??*based on current averages, with room for growth
Base Income Membership Sign-up Commission Total
$50/signup (average 12/month); $100 / sign-up after base of 12 is achieved
$2,300 12 x $50 = $600 $2,900/mo.
$2,300 16 = (12 x $50 = $600) + (4 x $100 = $400) = $3,300/mo.â??

Week 1:

New Hire documentation and orientation
Onboarding and introductions
Job processes and software access
Leadership, sales, and marketing meetings
Week 2-3:

Set training goals and objectives
Shadow and job role training
Week 4:

Fulfilling aspects of job role
Establish marketing and sales goals
Set monthly job performance goals
