Job Summary:

Manage infrastructure and explore new technologies such as Cloud and Software Defined Networking, Internet of Things, and automation in a managed services environment. Opportunity includes innovation, development of technology roadmaps and successful collaboration with all levels of the Conagra Brands enterprise. In addition, manage costs through tactical resource planning, active ownership of IT assets and contracts, and partner with managed services provider to deliver services.
Position Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a deep working relationship with managed services partners to ensure the right focus and outcomes for Production Support and CPI’s, KPI’s and SLA’s.
Provide reliability, high availability, performance, and scalability for entire infrastructure in partnership with the managed services provider.
Review through collaboration performance characteristics to predict and recommend solutions for scalability concerns.
Promote design and development of more self-service and automated systems management.
Financial Controls: Execute timely and accurate time tracking of all work hours. Contribute to accurate estimation of work activities and tasks.
Cross functional collaboration with Security, Compute and other Conagra IT teams.
Candidates could be highly focused in any one of following networking areas:
Cloud, SDWAN, Client Connectivity, Site Connectivity, IT & OT
Position Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science, MIS or other degrees)
Significant experience in Data Center, WAN, LAN, WLAN, VPN and Network Security technologies
Experience in Cloud, SDWAN engineering and deployment
Ability to define a project plan and lead projects
Budgeting and costing for enterprise network service delivery
Experience with disaster recovery/business continuity planning
Strong knowledge of VMWare and UCS platforms
5+ years of Route Troubleshooting, packet analysis
5+ years of Route, QoS, Multicast engineering
Ability to travel up to 10%
Expertise in one or more of the preferred skills below:
OTV, VDC Deployments
MPLS / EPLS Deployments
Palo Alto Firewalls
Radware Load balancers
Juniper Remote Access Technologies
Riverbed Optimization
