Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Program Security Officer who will assist in providing physical, technical, operational, and IT security policy support for a multi-disciplined and complex organization under the supervision of the Director/Deputy Director to join our team in Tysons Corner, VA to provide unparalleled support to our customer and to begin an exciting and rewarding career within ManTech.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

•Develop and implement program security plans and strategies, provide SAP/SCI security support, technical vulnerability assessment support and independent program assessments to facilitate the successful development and execution of a SAP/SCI.
•Provide advice and guidance on development of SCI classification guides, marking of classified and unclassified documents, couriering documents in accordance with guidelines.
•Provide input regarding security requirements and controls for facilities and systems where National Security Information (NSI) is processed, stored, or transmitted.
•Conduct inspections of physical and program security programs for SCIF accreditation, re-inspections and program assessments consistent with SAP/SCI requirements.
Assist with the receipt, dispatch, transmission, and maintenance of access, accountability, and inventory records for classified SAP material.
• Review and write evaluations of security proposals and plans.

•Conduct risk assessments and analysis, develop mitigation plans and concept of operations to support threat assessments and vulnerability analysis.
•Provide assistance and guidance to government and industry security personnel, related to IC security policies, directives and instructions.
•Provide physical security equipment operations to include combination changes and inspection of rooms for sound attenuation and construction.
•Administer education and self-inspection programs to ensure compliance with executive orders and agency regulations.
•Provide oversight of the facility accreditation process specific to the establishment of SCIF/SAPF spaces. This includes inspections required throughout the accreditation process.


Position Requirements:

•BA preferred with 10+ yrs experience with 5-10 years specific experience.
•Demonstrated expertise in applying multi-disciplined program protection security skills to critical sensitive technology during acquisition activities to facilitate critical operational support.
•Demonstrated experience in counter-intelligence and operational security.
•Strong familiarity with ICD 705, 503 and NISPOM.
•Experience performing Industry PSO Oversight.
•Experience with construction of Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities, automated access control and intrusion detection systems.
•Ability to operate in a demanding and fast paced environment.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to brief small to mid-sized audiences.

Security Requirements:
