ManTech is seeking a Associate Systems Administrator to support the Network Services Group of ManTech’s Corporate Office located in Chantilly, VA.


This position reports to the ManTech Corporate IS Director of Network Services. The System Administrator will be responsible for daily operations and maintenance of one or several of the enterprise networks services such as Active Directory, VMware VSphere, Windows Server, and various other applications running in a Windows environment.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Working with the team on daily operational issues by working directly on incidents reported through our helpdesk system or team members with tasks as requested
  • Provide timely response to automated alerts
  • Backup and restore operations
  • Install and configure equipment in the data center
  • Perform server maintenance to replace failed parts such as hard drives, fans, etc
  • Create and maintain standard operating procedures, knowledge base and technical documentation on an as needed or as requested basis
  • Assist senior team members with tasks as requested
