**Position requires an in-scope TS/SCI clearance and polygraph.**


Performs a variety of general administrative tasks in support of the day-to-day operations of an office, group or customer.

Location: Chantilly

Provide classroom support with rosters, management of all enrollment statuses (offered, cancelled, course credit, scheduling new courses), communicate with students via email and phone, send confirmation notices and pre-course work, and communicate course changes (location, time, etc.). Serve as the training support liaison between students, developers, training providers, and instructors. Support daily activities to include creating standard adhoc reports and program material, maintaining class calendars, maintaining paper and electronic versions of course material, and scheduling adhoc meetings and conference rooms. Respond to access requests for applicants on Sponsor training system. Coordinate with instructors for all courses, tailored services, consulting activities, record keeping, production and acquisition of course materials, classroom setup, support during classes, and sending end-of-course surveys and test results. Answer hotline questions and requests, to include student cancellations, and ensure messages are provided to POCs and updated in the Sponsor training system and other course tracking systems. Update and maintain course catalog information (cancel/add/change/location). Core hours: 9:00-5:00.


1. Performs a variety of general administrative tasks, such as preparing reports and correspondence, answering phones, filing, and sorting and distributing mail, in support of the day-to-day operations of an office, group or customer.


2. Compiles various contract, program, and financial data using various database programs, and prepares monthly status reports based on the results.


3. Collects and inputs timesheet information into automated accounting system and processes labor corrections.


4. Processes purchasing requisitions, invoices for consultants and subcontractors, and travel and expense reports.


5. Serves as point of contact for the office or group on issues related to accounting, human resources, purchasing, and other departments, as well as outside contacts such as customers, vendors, and subcontractors.


6. Participates in special projects as required.


1-3 years of related administrative experience.

Associates Degree in a related business discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.
