Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, mission oriented Program Security Assistant, in the Chantilly, VA area, with strong Customer relationships. At ManTech, you will help protect our national security while working on innovative projects that offer opportunities for advancement.

The IOS Division provides mission solutions to a wide range of Defense and Intelligence Community customers. This division consists of a team of technical leaders that deliver advanced technical solutions to government organizations. Our customers have high standards, are technically adept, and use our products daily to support their mission of protecting national security. The Program Security Assistant will assist in providing general security support for a multi-disciplined and fast paced organization.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Maintain tracking records and filing systems, archives files as necessary.
•Provide security support for passing, verifying, and receiving clearances, confirming Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) security eligibility, processing visitor requests, processing requests for NRO Badges, and processing Visit Certifications and Perm Certifications.
•Update security data, run inquiries, provide quality control, develop reports using various IC and/or DoD databases.
•Provide support coordinating, tasking and managing security action responses from internal NRO, other Government, and industry organizations.
•Maintain and update appropriate security related databases.
•Provide administrative/customer support duties for access control and physical security support to the NRO Headquarter buildings.
•Collect, interpret, and produce weekly, monthly and yearly branch reports and statistics which includes multiple data reports from APICS.
•Maintain website initiatives to include OS&CI unique applications (i.e. Adjudicators Reference Tool, APICS, etc.)
•Other assigned duties as necessary to ensure excellent customer service and mission success.

Security Clearance Requirement:
