Become an integral part of a diverse team in the Mission, Cyber and Intelligence Solutions (MCIS) Group. Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, mission oriented SharePoint Designer, in the Chantilly, VA area, with strong Customer relationships. At ManTech, you will help protect our national security while working on innovative projects that offer opportunities for advancement.

The IOS Division provides mission solutions to a wide range of Defense and Intelligence Community customers. This division consists of a team of technical leaders that deliver advanced technical solutions to government organizations. Our customers have high standards, are technically adept, and use our products daily to support their mission of protecting national security. The SharePoint Designer provides demonstrated ability to develop SharePoint-enabled solutions to satisfy design objectives. You will take the development process from gathering requirements through development. You will develop code, test and debug new software or enhancements to existing software.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

•Design and develop customized SharePoint sites. This includes script for scrolling carousels, navigation bars, as well as other essential elements of a comprehensive SharePoint site.
•Draft announcements and weekly report content.
•Design and develop tools that integrate with commercial applications.
•Design and develop database management systems, image processing, collaborative tools, data manipulation techniques, data visualization techniques, and directory services.
•Provide the operations and maintenance of operational systems.
•Modify existing software to correct errors, allow it to adapt to new hardware, or to improve its performance.
•Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.
•Consult with customers about software system design and maintenance.
•Design, develop and modify software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design.
•Confer with systems analysts, engineers, programmers and others to design system and to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces.
•Conduct trial runs of programs and software applications to be sure they will produce the desired information and that the instructions are correct.
•Compile and write documentation of program development and subsequent revisions, inserting comments in the coded instructions so others can understand the program.
•Collaborate with managerial, engineering, and technical personnel to clarify program intent, identify problems, and suggest changes.
•Perform revision, repair, or expansion of existing programs to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements.
•Write or contribute to instructions or manuals to guide end users.
•Investigate whether networks, workstations, the central processing unit of the system, or peripheral equipment are responding to a program's instructions.

Security Clearance Requirement:
