Raytheon's IIS is seeking a Procurement Liaison to support a growing program. The candidate will be part of the offsite program team that captures, interprets, and converts customer requirements into material and subcontractor requisitions. The candidate will work closely with numerous customers, members of the program management team, and the Raytheon Supply Chain Management organization to plan, coordinate, procure, subcontract, and deliver material and subcontractors to meet the customer mission requirements.
This is a fast-paced, dynamic environment where strong task ownership and drive can generate tremendous results and recognition. Successful candidates must have excellent customer service skills and be able to change priorities quickly to meet changing mission needs.
•Evaluate and coordinate program requirements to ensure a controlled flow of materials and services to meet customer requirements.
•Work with various vendors to assure equipment purchased meets customer requirements to include TAA compliance, etc.
•Perform a wide variety of tasks relating to the acquisition of materials, merchandise and subcontractors.
•Requisition/purchase supplies and equipment for the customer through the Prism/APEX database for approved tasking.
•Oversee and coordinate the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve as liaison between project management and planning, project teams, and customer management.
•Confirm material supply and demands, and prepare purchase requests for the purchase of components or parts based on approved material tasks.
•Status work in progress, material availability, and potential delivery problems to ensure that personnel, equipment, materials and services are provided as needed.
•Work with internal and external onsite/offsite to include Logistics Engineers to support our customer’s inventory control
• Active Secret security clearance.
•Experience with Supply Chain, Security, Project Planning and Logistics.
•Experience working in supply chain systems (PRISM, ISAMS, etc.)
•Compliance with FAR regulation, company policy, and program run-rules
•Work independently on a multitude of assigned tasks.
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
•Experience working in Excel. Microsoft Office proficient.
•Strong team player.
•Knowledge of inventory, material tracking and status related to logistical process and procedures.
•2 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. 127007
