Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Analyst - Military veterans preferred

Provides support to the Deputy Under SecAF for International Affairs (SAF/IA) with IT requirements consolidation, project management, and functional support for Letter of Acceptance (LOA) execution and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program oversight.
Directs the integration of Security Cooperation and FMS portfolio data with other AF data and systems. Provides assessment of existing platform capabilities.
Coordinates with USAF Major Commands to integrate SAF/IA programs into execution level reports.
Develops a Concept of Operations (CONOPS) and business rules to recommend changes to meet data capture requirements.
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelors Degree-emphasis in International Affairs or Technology related field. Minimum 3 years familiarity with Security Cooperation and Foreign Military Sales.
Experience with database content management, administration, and/or development; familiarity with Active Server Pages (ASP/Structured Query Language (SQL) technologies.
Self-starter, able to work independently.
Knowledge and understanding of International Affairs, Security Assistance, Security Cooperation processes, and legislative environment.
