Training Specialist - Military veterans preferred

Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Training Specialist to join our team in the Annapolis Junction, MD area to provide unparalleled support to our customers and to begin an exciting and rewarding career within ManTech.

Job Description:

You will be responsible for ensuring that training materials are created for hardware, applications, tools, components, and\\or services. The training coordinator will also work with the engineers to create training materials for techs on certain items. You will be responsible for the Training Plan which is a deliverable as well as generating progress reports. As we grow, the role will expand with additional responsibilities added as your capabilities increase.

Requirements:

Requires Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and two to four years of related experience in training and document development.

Experience with Instructional Design is preferred.

Microsoft Office Skills including Excel, Office, etc.

Security Clearance:

This position requires a Top Secret SCI Clearance with Polygraph and a recent SSBI within 5 years.
