Become an integral part of a diverse team in the Mission, Cyber and Intelligence Solutions (MCIS) Group. Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, mission oriented Configuration Manager, in the Chantilly, VA area, with strong Customer relationships. At ManTech, you will help protect our national security while working on innovative projects that offer opportunities for advancement.
The IOS Division provides mission solutions to a wide range of Defense and Intelligence Community customers. This division consists of a team of technical leaders that deliver advanced technical solutions to government organizations. Our customers have high standards, are technically adept, and use our products daily to support their mission of protecting national security. A qualified candidate will be responsible for configuration management (CM) of developmental and operational systems. Work on developmental and operational teams to create and maintain configuration baselines supporting developmental and operational systems. Use or recommend automated CM tools to implement CM policies and procedures. Develop or modify CM plans, policies, and procedures tailored to the complexity and scope of the developmental or operational system. Implement CM discipline for the entire life cycle of systems from initial requirements/capabilities baselines to system end-of-life. Perform change control and configuration audits.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
•Plan, identify and maintain the original and current configuration of requirements documentation, design documentation, software, and IT related documentation.
•Define provisions for configuration management planning, identification, improvement, change control, status accounting, and audits.
•Implementing hardware and software version control processes, policies and procedures.
•Implement hardware and software version control processes, policies and procedures.
•Maintain the CM environment for hardware and software product build, staging, testing and integration.
•Develop hardware and software version control processes, policies and procedures and ensure that they are followed on hardware and software development projects.
•Regulate the change process and conducts quality assurance audits.
Security Clearance Requirement:
Active/current TS/SCI with CI Polygraph is required.
