Roles and responsibilities include:
You will monitor the switchboard and answer calls, assist in emergency notification of RAYMES personnel, ensure all property entrusted to shift personnel is accounted for and in proper condition, ensure that Post Logs are correctly maintained with entries that are complete and understandable, report all violations, incidents, and disciplinary matters to the Dispatcher Specialist Senior or Manager II, Security, submit shift report (verbal or written), including Incident Reports, to the Dispatcher Specialist Senior or Manager II, Security.
You will generate commitment, motivation and enthusiasm for the Department as a whole. Provide clear direction, prioritize tasks, assign and delegate responsibility and monitor the workflow. You will plan, manage, and review individual performance and provide regular feedback for development opportunities and coaching.
You will conduct weekly radio check with US Consulate, conduct monthly test of Emergency Compound Alarm. You will log and track all employees traveling outside of their work location.
This position requires either a U.S. Person or a Non-U.S. Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization.
Native language Arabic speaker
Minimum (1) year experience in admin work

Knowledge of Local Laws and Customs
Bachelor Degree or multiple years of relevant field experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. (Two years related work experience can substitute for one year of education)
