Perform complex administrative and analytical resource tracking and management, coordinating the laboratory and shipboard test and installation schedules of up to 50 technicians and engineers in support of Machinery Control System installations and upgrades on US Navy ships.

 

Performs a variety of complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of personnel tracking, coordination and management to include:

 

Plans and coordinates personnel availability for scheduling up to 6 to 9 months out.

Tracking plan includes an analysis of, and cross references to technical capability and effort requirements and ship availability windows.

 

Develops plans, including budgets and schedules and monitors tasks to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned program(s).

 

Establishes and defines program plan requirements and directs or performs in-depth studies to determine optimum program plans.

 

Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met.

 

Interacts regularly with high-level customers and other industry representatives to ensure conformance to customer requirements.

 

Provides guidance and work leadership to less-experienced employees, and may have supervisory responsibility.

 

Serves as a team or task leader.

 

Participates in special projects as required.

Qualifications:

10-15 years of related finance or business analysis experience.

 

Advanced knowledge of resource planning, tracking and management.

 

Proficiency in the use of MS NAV, Salesforce and MS Office suite.

 

Effective organizational skills.

 

Effective communication skills

Education:

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.
