Become an integral part of a diverse team in the Mission, Cyber and Intelligence Solutions (MCIS) Group. Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, mission oriented IT Program Support Engineer, in the Chantilly, VA area, with strong Customer relationships. At ManTech, you will help protect our national security while working on innovative projects that offer opportunities for advancement.

The IOS Division provides mission solutions to a wide range of Defense and Intelligence Community customers. This division consists of a team of technical leaders that deliver advanced technical solutions to government organizations. Our customers have high standards, are technically adept, and use our products daily to support their mission of protecting national security. A qualified candidate should have experience interacting with senior Federal Government employees and contracting officers. This individual will serve as subject matter expert in Government Information Technologies and serve as the IT advisor responsible for IT services to the Federal Client.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

•Support the development, completion, tracking and reporting of strategic action items.
•Preparation of briefings, correspondence and white papers to support strategic initiatives.
•Provide synopsis or summaries and recommendations on various technical, managerial tasks, briefings, papers and meetings.
•Provide systems engineering support to technical meetings, systems development and test activities, and operations readiness/deployment activities.
•Support the development of the strategic “way ahead”.
•Provide subject matter expertise on operational readiness concerns, risks, and opportunities.
•Brief leadership on cost, schedule, and performance concerns as they relate to potential operations and maintenance impacts.
•Provide strong organizational, planning, and analysis skills in executing critical day-to-day functions and priorities.
•Review documentation to ensure compatibility with processes and policies, coordination with stakeholders throughout the NRO, authoring and managing documentation updates, and providing objective advice on dependent and ancillary management activities.
•Experience with implementing process or organizational change by articulating a vision for change, associated pros and cons, and a transition roadmap.
•Ability to support multiple initiatives and balance resources and time concurrently to meet iterative requirements and changing priorities.
•Build working relationships with other ManTech and contract teams to establish team cohesiveness and meet the program objectives.
•Perform a variety of both complex and routine administrative and analytical duties.
•Mentor program direct reports in operations, program management, and business development.
