In a support capacity to a division within a DC-based government agency, the candidate is responsible for performing complex administrative, analytical, and programmatic support.
· Divisional and administrative support
o Serve as Travel Liaison - coordinate monitoring/travel planning for federal and contractor staff
o Compile weekly reports for the Office of the Director
o Assist Division Director with meeting logistics and presentation updates, as needed
o Track and coordinate deliverables for the division due to the Division Director and/or the Office of the Director
o Manage and update a Grantee List on SharePoint
o Liaise notification letter approvals between monitors and the Division Director
o Participate in various divisional or office-wide working groups, as needed
· Programmatic support
o Assist in managing a matched savings accounts program
o Assist Program Specialists in managing programs to help target populations become economically self-sufficient
o Assist with processing grant actions on occasion/as needed
o Assist in organizing annual program meetings; prepare brief presentations on relevant program data as needed
o Assist in compiling program briefings on behalf of the Division Director
o Provide additional programmatic support, as needed
· Data Support
o Work with Program Officers to develop/update appropriate output and outcome metrics, as needed
o Update a Data Dashboard; drive workflow around team back reporting; draft semi-annual reports for the Office of the Director demonstrating program performance
o Technically advise a Grantee network on their new data points
· Systematize divisional processes and reporting
o Develop new/revise existing forms and templates, as needed
o Participate in a Monitoring Initiative Working Group
o Manage the division's SharePoint page
Requires 5-8 years of relevant experience; excellent written and verbal communication skills; expert in MS Office suite of tools; strong analytical skills; experience working with immigrants, refugees, and underserved populations is preferred.
