Description:Manage group for support of C-130J FWD/AFT Fuse, Wings shops, Mid Fuse, Body Mate, Final Assembly, Engine shop and Trim shop operations. Manage material requirements planning to ensure a controlled flow of approved materials timed to meet production requirements. Manage and monitor key performance indicators related to MRP and Production Control shop floor activities. Manage and monitor key MMAS metrics and indicators for the shop floor Production Control team. Team with Program Office to develop work around and recovery plans for unscheduled disruptions to the supply chain.
Basic Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) experience. Experience in System Analysis and Program Development (SAP), Quality Action Document System (QADS), Shop Floor Manager (SFM) and Intrack/Saptrack related to production control disciplines. Knowledge of shop floor disciplines and manufacturing flow, Point of Use Support and Lean principles. Microsoft Office proficient.

Appropriate degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education, with professional experience and specialized training commensurate with assignment.
Desired Skills:
Must be innovative and pro-active in the area of continuous improvement. Ability to challenge the status quo, multi-task, and coordinate shortage meetings and drive issues to closure. Knowledge of build process for C-130J and the break down of various business units. Knowledge of flow center kitting process and part delivery flow to the shop floor.
