Responsible for day to day operational management of all CW customer-facing programs at the current Client Account (e.g. 360, CMMS systems, etc.)
Develop project requirements and scope of work
Create playbook for communications for every project and location, including the development of a cadence and schedule of communications by functional area and role.
Act as a general customer liaison for CW Workplace team and GWS workplace services interactions.
Prioritize projects in partnership with GWS leadership team and GWS regional leaders through a regular cadence of meetings that you organize and lead
Act like a writer of content for projects, programs, and internal partners with the goal of ensuring alignment with the business and vendor partners globally
The PGM will produce a streamlined process for implementing various Space Management and FM programs (with a focus on cost control and continuous improvement),
Emphasis focus on customer satisfaction, performance, cost control and continuous improvement
Development and ownership of the implementation and rollout of the programs as well.
The PGM will also help oversee these programs, working closely with Space Management, Facilities, Strategic Sourcing, and GWS contacts.
The PGM will act as the main point of contact for Space Management, Facilities, Strategic Sourcing, and GWS contacts and ensure their day-to-day facilities needs are met.
The PGM will function as a business partner for the organization, being the point of contact for all programs. This would include management of site-specific policies (MAC Policy, CMMS integration, and Policy, etc.).
The PGM will provide data and feedback to CW and GWS Management to assist in the development of strategic plans to accommodate growth and needs of programs needed for the CW client account related to FM and Space/MAC services.
Able to communicate across all levels of the organization to gather feedback, assess the need for new programs and gain buy-in on existing program enhancements.
Oversee work performed by third-party project vendors and ensure that all work is performed at the prescribed service levels, budgets, and schedules
Leverage organizational, communication, problem-solving and creative thinking skills to drive continuous process improvement
The PGM may take on additional programs as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in a Facilities or Program Management related role
Experience with Facilities Management principles or Facilities Program operations
Preferred qualifications

Ability to think strategically and work independently
Provide a high level of customer service/focus •
Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills
Ability to manage in ambiguity or without direct oversight
Demonstrate a practical sense and ability to implement in a dynamic, diverse, collaborative, fast-paced team environment with changing and fluid needs
