Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented IPTV or Audio/Video Engineer to join our team in the Annapolis Junction, MD area to provide unparalleled support to our customer and to begin an exciting and rewarding career within ManTech.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Programming of Video and VTC updates/additions to control systemcode & touch panel/Xpanel files
Provide phone and physical support to end-users forvarious AV/VTC related issues
Install, maintain, support, troubleshoot & repair various AV/VTCrelated equipment & systems (Evertz, Planar, Haivision IPTVH& DigitalSignage, Cisco, Skype, DVision, Crestron, Extron, BRG Digital, etc.)
Maintain and develop documentation for systems, faulty equipment and leave behind training materials.
Setup, test and support equipment for live events
Respond, resolve and document issues in SM9 ticket system
Administer userpermissions to conference room scheduler and resources as requested
Conduct site surveys and provide knowledge transfer/technical guidance on system equipment& capabilities
Assist VoIP team with installation/troubleshooting of IP phones and desktop VTC systems
Bachelor’s degree in technical related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional end engineering experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree.?
Seven + years of Video and VTC Equipment Design and Installation planningexperience ensuring client and end user experience meets requirements.
Expertise in Configuration Management Engineering Support for Enterprise Wide Customer hardware and software installation and maintenance of Servers/Systems and related equipment.
Experience documenting end user requirements and leave behind material creation.
Expertise providing strong written and verbal communication.
Experience with customer ticketing systems such as Remedy or ServiceNow that problems have been properly identified, documented, resolved and solutions will satisfy the user’s requirements and established best practices have been warehoused for future reference. ServiceNow experience preferred.
Must meet 8570 Compliance requirements to include Security + CE if required.
Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance with SSBI within 5 years to be considered and must obtain and maintain a polygraph. Candidates with fully adjudicated polygraphs will be given first preference.
