Job Description:

The IAMD Domestic Program area is seeking a Financial Analyst to join its team. This role is customer service focused and strives to improve our financial process in order to augment the analysis and forecast recommendations provided to leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating with members of the program teams and be able to summarize information for consolidation and reporting to IAMD FP&A.
Direct responsibilities will include bookings reporting and maintenance, weekly sales updates and outlooks, risk and opportunity management, manpower planning and reporting, support to various monthly reports and variance analysis. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring data integrity across various reports which serve as the basis for management decision making across the portfolio. In Addition, the individual will also contribute in generating the Strategic Plan, Annual Operating Plan, Monthly Program Reviews and ad hoc requests.

Required Skills:

  • Professional experience with Power Point, Excel, Microsoft Word applications)
  • A minimum of 4 years of professional experience
  • Experience with APEX/SAP Managed Programs finance module and Business Warehouse
  • R6Sigma Specialist training/certification
