Raytheon Company, Missile Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Procurement PRISM Business Process Expert (BPE). This role and will be located in Tucson, AZ.
The Solutions and Integration Team has an opening for a Procurement PRISM Business Process Expert (BPE). In this role the successful candidate will be responsible for working with cross-functional BPE teams to resolve ad hoc material and finance issues, which directly impact quarterly and annual sales figures. The successful candidate will serve as the RMS representative on the Enterprise Source-to-Pay team which is responsible for managing all SAP system sustainment, preforming user acceptance and regression testing on all system changes, creating requirements for sustainment activities, and achieving system automation to streamline business processes. Additionally, the successful candidate will provide critical support for every function within Supply Chain to resolve PRISM issues, including: daily ad hoc user support, Corporate IT support on break/fixes, and providing regular training to the procurement community for each revision of the PRISM software application. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of PRISM, APEX, and other SAP applications, has an understanding of FAR/DFAR and other legal requirements governing purchasing, has technical aptitude for software applications, and a strong desire to deep-dive issues to gain a thorough understanding of how PRISM and APEX perform throughout all business functions.
•Bachelor's degree required in related field
•6+ years of experience in related field
•Understanding of procurement processes and how they relate to PRISM/APEX
•Defining requirements and working with IT to develop procurement tools compliant with Raytheon Policies
•Participating in cross-business teams to develop and implement common procurement tools
•Developing change management and training strategies for procurement tools
•Supporting ad hoc initiatives in the dynamic environment in which SC Operations functions
•Representing RMS procurement as the BPE in PRISM site deployments, often on location
Must be able to obtain a security clearance upon offer.
•Broad knowledge of supply chain technology applications such as Exostar, EPAD, cPDM, etc.
•Experience developing Rshare applications
Existing security clearance preferred.
