Job Description
Protected Communication Systems (PCS) is an exciting growing product line, with a dynamic portfolio of development, production and sustainment programs supporting our Army, Navy and Air Force customers. This role will both execute and lead internal and external earned value management activities, support IPDS gate activities and lead a dynamic quarterly estimates at complete (EAC) process. This role will have some forward facing responsibilities with our customer and will represent finance on all external financial reporting requirements and future negotiations. Additional responsibilities include the monthly forecast process and annual operating plans/five year plan (including risks and opportunities). The successful candidate will be able to effectively communicate results through predictable profit and loss management, risk and opportunity management and timely information to senior leadership. The candidate will need to be able to effectively support and communicate with finance and program management, while operating effectively in a matrixed environment across functions to accomplish program and financial objectives. Some travel will be required in support of program activities.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 8+ Years Applicable Experience
  • Experience with Earned Value Management
  • P&L Management or Financial Planning Experience
  • Experience with DoD programs
  • U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will need a U.S. Security Clearance within 1 year of start date.


Desired Skills
  • Experience with Supervising Teams (Directly or Indirectly)
  • Knowledge of ACAT 1 programs
  • Excellent professional communication skills (Verbal and Written)
  • Experience with Production and/or Operations
  • A proven leader through IPDS Gate Requirements
  • Experience with interpreting and providing guidance on FAR/DFAR
  • Ability apply, interpret, and provide financial leadership on Raytheon Policies and Procedures
  • Ability to multi-task and be able to support a dynamic team environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, APEX, PRISM
  • Raytheon EVMS Certified

Education
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or Related Major
