Description:The individual will be responsible for the following:
-Conduct required work measurement, cost reduction, process/product flow analysis, and capacity utilization studies. Develop and assist team in executing modifications based on desired results.
-Responsible for program layout planning and implementation.
-Support Performance Management Team (PMT) in basic performance metric analysis, productivity improvement identification, cost analyzes and solution implementation.
- The candidate will be expected to utilize the Lean Six Sigma tools to generate continuous improvements in support of multiple programs.
Bachelors or Masters degree from an accredited college in industrial engineering or in a related discipline.
Familiar with basic IE skills
Proficient in Excel.
Should have a mechanical aptitude, be inquisitive and a self starter, with good interpersonal skills.
Candidate must be customer-focused with good oral and written communication skills.
