AN/TPY-2 Radar Forward Based Site Manager Job Description:
NOTE - This role will require forward deployment to the international location under the terms of an MOU/LongTerm International Assignment managed by RaytheonInternational Assignment Services {IAS).

The Raytheon Site Manager serves as the Raytheon in- country lead for the BMDS AN/TPY-2 {Forward Based) program. This position has overall responsibility pertaining to the operations, test, training, maintenance, quality/mission assurance, security, safety, finance, and administration support. The Raytheon Site Manager provides clear and concise direction to site personnel in order to keep them focused on the missions set forth by the Missile Defense Agency {MDA). In order to provide optimal mission support the Raytheon Site Manager keeps the lines of communications open to the CONUS Raytheon Management Team. The Raytheon Site Manager will perform a short orientation period with the CCLS Program Management Office and then deploy and remain with the radar at the international location for a minimum of one {1) year.

The candidate must have an existing secret clearance and a Current US driver's license and be able to work autonomously with little supervision.

This is an unaccompanied assignment.

Required Skills:
10 years' Experience and demonstrated knowledge of systems and processes related in areas such as: Contracts, Procurement, Program Planning, Cost Control, Design Development, Manufacturing or Quality systems.

Experience in forming and leading multidiscipline teams

Experience in project management

Currently hold security clearance

Desired Skills:
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

A. Provide management direction to an Operations & Sustainment (O&S) Team for system operations, tests, and maintenance.
Coordinate activities with the Radar & Site Operations CPT Lead and other Program IPTs and CPTs as needed.
C. Maintain open and clear communications with the Program Management Office for communicating status, requirements, and any issues that develop.
D. Provide single point of contact for customer interface to US agencies and Host Nation representatives as required.
E. Manage local on-site infrastructure, including personnel, housing, transportation, communications, and security.
F. Initiate strategy for establishing relationships and managing local subcontractors.
G. Develop Raytheon reporting schedules pertaining to funding status, including master project schedule and earned value system.

H. Ensure Raytheon directives, policies, and procedures are implemented and enforced
I. Ensure Raytheon personnel are cross-trained to the greatest extent possible by working with Radar O&S personnel, Logistics Operations CPT, and IIS training personnel.
J. Establish, approve, and monitor the working hours, overtime and procurements for all site

Required Education (including Major):

Bachelor's degree or multiple years of relevant field experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. (Two years related work experience can substitute for one year of education)
