The Project Scheduler is responsible for scheduling teams and contractors to support Sponsor's tasking of exercise coverage.



  • Experience utilizing Shiftboard or similar scheduling platforms in support of Sponsor's requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to assess training needs and select training tools/materials for the SRP cadre and Key Personnel
  • Extensive knowledge of the Sponsor's courses and exercise requirements
  • Proven experience working with all levels of management and technical teams
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills - written and verbal
  • Ability to support multiple projects concurrently based on priority and criticality
  • Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Must currently hold an Active Secret Clearance with the ability to attain a Top Secret clearance


  • ShiftBoard scheduler
  • Responsible for scheduling teams and contractors to support Sponsor's tasking of exercise coverage
  • Rectification of hours to assist in monthly invoicing
  • Occasional domestic travel to support exercises occurring out of town
