Improved Target Acquisition System (ITAS) Training and Logistics Support Specialist:
Represents the company with commercial and military customers to analyze, develop and execute training on TOW ITAS operations and maintenance.
Provide TOW ITAS logistics support, including supply system, maintenance concepts, techniques and policies, logistics plans, system programming and allocation of materiel acquisition policy and program requirements.
Analyzes and provides: training, maintenance, support documentation, distance learning, AKO/ Mil-suite based communication, and fielding during all phases of the system life cycle. May analyze and provide recommendations concerning the logistics of such issues as: reliability, readiness, transportation, storage and safety.
Will travel extensively to customers, Army locations, FMS locations, system test sites, or other company locations.
Will be required to perform all physical tasks relevant to ITAS crew (11B) and maintainer (94A) - Lifting on an occasional basis over 100 pounds with frequent or constant lifting in excess of 50 while on and around all ITAS / MITAS platforms (JLTV, HMMWV, MATV, Stryker ATGM).
HS diploma or equivalent required. 2
years of relevant experience required. 2
years Army ITAS / MITAS/ IBAS / USMC Saber: Operational or Maintenance Experience (11B*, 19D*, USMC 0352, USMC 2171, 94A, 27E MOS preferable (*assigned as ITAS gunner / TC)) required.
Must be proficient in: training development, training execution, MS Office, documentation developing, and possess strong communications skills.
Requires a broad knowledge of Army operational, maintenance, organizational and functional activities.
Candidate must be eligible for a security clearance which requires US citizenship.
Desired Skills and Experience
2 years of College (Associates of Science preferred)
years of Army ITAS / Modified ITAS or Marine Corps Saber systems operation or maintenance experience.
Desired skills in: training, training development, distance learning, web page development, and technical writing.
