Performs complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program.

SI/Project Integrator. Primary responsibility for planning, managing, executing documentation from customer meetings and meeting coordination. Work closely with customer and developer on requirements. Excellent communication, interpersonal and writing sills required. Experience with MS Project and SharePoint required. Experience working in a Software Development Lifecycle, strong organizational skills and attention to detail required.
Project Integrator position located in Herndon, VA. Candidate must be able to effectively communicate with customers and management on a daily basis. Must have ability to: Serve as liaison amongst teams and promote IT standardization, requirements sharing and open communication. Conduct research and proactively identify opportunities for improvement. Review all documentation and presentations including control gates. Plan and coordinate meetings and program reviews to include scheduling, recording, compiling and disseminating meeting minutes/action items and post on SharePoint (within three business days). Attend presentations and briefings as needed, edit customer deliverables and documents, assist in the preparation of management plans and reports.

1. Performs a variety of complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of one or more high profile contract programs.


2. Develops plans, including budgets and schedules, and monitors tasks to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned program(s).


3. Establishes and defines program plan requirements and directs or performs in-depth studies to determine optimum program plans.


4. Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met.


5. Interacts regularly with high-level customers and other industry representatives to ensure conformance to customer requirements.


6. Performs business development activities.


7. Provides guidance and work leadership to less-experienced employees, and may have supervisory responsibility.


8. Serves as a team or task leader.


9. Participates in special projects as required.


10-15 years of related finance or business analysis experience.
