Position Summary

This position manages complex HR data and transactional processing, while supporting and maintaining the Human Resources Management Systems (ADP Vantage, SAP ECC, and SuccessFactors). This role is also responsible for the executing of compliance and regulatory reports, in addition to providing research solutions to HR customer escalated requests.

Key Accountabilities

  • Investigate, resolve and perform follow-up tasks on system and data related problems
  • Ensure business process documentation is written and appropriate
  • Facilitate and perform functional end-user testing and train departmental resources
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide technical support to employees
  • Conduct research related to specific system inquiries
  • Assist HR subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity and testing of system changes
  • Act as liaison between technical IT support staff and HR subject matter experts to coordinate
  • Liaise among Benefits, Human Resources, Recruiting, Payroll, and Finance areas regarding business operations and HRIS

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Good customer service skills while maintaining a confidential work environment
  • Demonstrated proficiency with setting up and troubleshooting systems
  • Demonstrated knowledge of system testing, design and auditing procedures

Required Experience and Education

  • Bachelor’s degree

    2-5 years of systems experience (HRIS strongly preferred)
