The Multi-Source Integrator (MSI) Technical Data Package (TDP) effort includes collaborating with internal and external service providers to develop a set of service integration artifacts capturing the ‘bid-to’, ‘build-to’, and ‘operate-to’ processes, interfaces, and interrelationships required to effect the MSP construct. Support includes delivery of a set of Contract Data Requirements List items (CDRLs) documenting this effort as well as ongoing maintenance and support of this documentation. The chosen candidate will:

 

 

  1. Perform complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program.
  2. Perform a variety of complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of one or more contract programs.
  3. Develop plans, including budgets and schedules, and monitors tasks to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned program(s).
  4. Establish and define program plan requirements and directs or performs in-depth studies to determine optimum program plans.
  5. Monitor and report performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met.
  6. Interact regularly with customers and other industry representatives to ensure conformance to customer requirements.
  7. Perform business development activities.
  8. Provide guidance and work leadership to less-experienced employees, and may have supervisory responsibility.
  9. Be flexible to serve as a team or task leader.
  10. Participate in special projects as required.

Qualifications:

8-10 years of related finance or business analysis experience.

 

Preferred Certification: ITIL Foundations

 

 

Desired skills: Microsoft Project, customer focus, effective writing ability, attention to detail.

 

Must possess current DoD Information Assurance (IA) Certification to be considered for employment; either valid CompTIA Security+ CE OR CCNA-Security certification. Security+ CE Certification preferred. In addition, must attain the required ITIL Foundation v.3 Certification within sixty (60) days of Hire Date.

 

Due to the sensitive nature of the work being done for this government client; all candidates must hold a TS/SCI with Polygraph.
