Support a high-volume Naval Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence (C4I) Service Center.
Perform basic troubleshooting methods to remotely isolate fleet problems from a system level perspective to a sub system resolution.
Document precise details of system problems for analysis by Tier III support elements, as needed.
Perform Service Center Trouble Ticket status checks with both internal and external customers.
Perform password resets as required.
Will be expected to work independently to solve problems quickly and completely.
This will be an evening shift and associate will be on-call over weekends on a rotational basis with other team members. Associate may also be required to work extended hours, as needed.
Required Education and Experience:
US Citizen with the ability to obtain a DOD Secret clearance. Higher clearances accepted.
Ten (10) years of hands-on experience with Command and Control Systems, to include three (3) of the following four (4) areas: Systems Requirements, Operational Requirements, Test & Evaluation, and Training.
