J39-SAB Sensitive Special Operations Planners: Raytheon High Consequence Missions is seeking Special Operations Planners to support the J39-Special Activities Branch (SAB) in the planning and execution of operations by drafting and maintaining currency of policies, programs, and other regulatory documents. The Planners shall assist with conducting, conferences, working groups, and organizational meetings. The Planners shall support mission requirements and advise senior leadership on efforts to tailor SOF-specific planning support.
Travel – Position will require CONUS and OCONUS travel.

Assist in the development, synchronization, and deconfliction of strategic-level IO planning and operations; coordinate with other COCOMs, JS, and other agencies conducting strategic IO; create and manage all phases of classified strategic operations, to include measures of performance and measures of effectiveness.
Participate in working and planning groups to coordinate the input of SOF core activities throughout J39-SAB sensitive activities (SA) planning efforts.
Contribute inputs in efforts to draft, edit, review, staff, and provide recommendations for SOF-specific SA-related plans, policies, and briefings that support the development of SA plans.
Identify, prioritize, and assess SOF operations, activities, and actions to maintain awareness, oversight and support of SOF SA, and recommend measures of effectiveness and measures of performance.
Draft, edit, review, and staff key USSOCOM documents to provide relevant resourcing, training, and strategy development to J39 leadership.
Assist in the planning, coordination, and conducting conferences, working groups, and organizational meetings to support mission planning objectives and command-directed tasks
Prepare, review, and present SOF specific SA related briefings, after action reviews, and white papers.
