Responsible for the development of logistical plans, policies, and procedures necessary to provide support in the logistics areas of supply, transportation, maintenance, and services.

Recommends and coordinates the logistics support structure to perform the logistics functions of the project.

Coordinates the interface between logistics functions such as transportation, maintenance and warehousing to ensure efficient, timely, and cost effective support to the customer.

Troubleshoots problem areas in logistics and coordinates problem resolution or recommends solutions to management.

Coordinates with customers to ensure desired logistics objectives, priorities, and schedules are met and communicated to management.

Analyzes work processes and develops metrics for measurement of performance.

Coordinates with Environmental, Safety, and other Shared Services functional areas as appropriate in regard to logistical functions performed under contract.

Must have a valid US driver’s license.

Coordinates and conducts pick-up and delivery of measuring equipment with customers, employees, and management.

Follows established standard work instructions ensuring quality throughout the processes.

Packages equipment for shipping, ensuring all required paperwork is attached appropriately and billing the appropriate accounts.

Facilitates new business and on contract growth in coordination with customer service representatives and management.

Performs all other duties as assigned.



High school diploma or equivalent.

Skills are typically acquired through 1-3 years of experience.

Knowledge of DOD, FAR, and KBRwyle policies regarding inventory management, procurement regulations and inventory processes associated with life cycle support may be essential in meeting specific customer contract requirements at various KBRwyle locations.

Skill in military and/or industrial inventory and material management techniques which include packing, handling, storage and preservation. Experience may be necessary in the handling of hazardous materials for both domestic and international shipments.

Must have valid US driver’s license.

Must be exceptionally organized and detail oriented.
