If you answered “yes,” the Cyber Operations and Exploitation Solutions Division of ManTech’s Mission, Cyber and Intelligence Solutions (MCIS) Group is looking for a versatile and incredible Software Developer - Cyber Operations and Exploitation to join our elite team of technical leaders who deliver software solutions to government agencies. Whatyou’ll be doing:
You’ll have the professional challenge of your career designing and developing software security solutions. You’ll also need to work and play well with others, since you’ll collaborate with your fellow programmers as part of an Agile team. At other times, you’ll need to work by yourself (with peer review of your work, of course) on technical areas that you’re strong in. If you don’t know the answer to something, you’ll need the humility to go ask the right people for their expertise. You’ll also need to listen well, since you’ll engage with customers to fully understand what they need and then develop and deliver the best technical solution for them. The buck will stop with you: you’ll own a project from idea through completion. You’ll need to master details while understanding the Big Picture environment. To do all of this, you need to be very confident applying your problem-solving and debugging skills, along with your deep knowledge of software and operating system fundamentals, to developing solutions Windows, Linux, iOS, and Android system solutions. You’ll also need to read and understand lots of super technical documentation that confuses the heck out of the rest of us.

•3-5+ years of experience with Python or a similar scripting language (Ruby, Perl)
•A solid command of database design, operation and query optimization.
•Experience in delivering quality products and involvement in all phases of the software development process: Idea, Design, Implementation, Delivery, and Support.
•Experience with the following items is a plus: C/C++, Assembly, Jenkins, Docker, Agile, Continuous Integration, TDD, Test Automation, Windows Administration, and Linux Administration.
