We are looking for a supply chain professional to join the Raytheon Global Integrated Supplier Team (IST) as a Global Support Specialist / Subcontract Specialist II. This team member will work with the Global Subcontract Management Team to manage export licenses, handle import plans, logistics questions, tracking, hold tickets, invoice issues, and will assist the Subcontracts Team in all tactical tasks associated with sourcing, negotiating, awarding and managing the work scope for international suppliers for materials, services, and supplies.

Job Description:

The Raytheon Global Integrated Supplier Team (IST) is looking for a talented self-starter who can be counted on to prioritize and diligently work through a multitude of tasks related to International Subcontracting activities. Responsibilities will include:

•Understand all Export/Import requirements, command media and requirements related to international subcontracting including systems such as RGEMS, ITCS, and the EXIM Hub.
• Tracking shipments and coordinating deliveries with Logistics and Global Customs Organization.
•Manage purchase order delivery dates, handle hold tickets, invoice issues, and other related tasks in Prism, including rework POs.
•Assist with new supplier onboarding, including ESDM, New Supplier Ads, Proprietary Agreements, annual CR-003 Certifications and 3D Due Diligence.
•Compile technical, quality, delivery and contractual requirements and prepares/issues requests for quote/proposal

•Executes to Raytheon and customer requirements including government regulations (such as FAR/DFAR), public law and Raytheon policies and procedures

Required Skills:

•4 year degree from an accredited university
•Minimum of two (2) years of supply chain, contracts or other experience with transferable skills
•Experience supporting business and functional deliverables
•Experience working collaboratively with others within a diverse team environment and across multiple disciplines
•Experience working in a dynamic environment where you plan, organize and prioritized multiple tasks

•The ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with internal and external customers
•The ability to make decisions and solve problems
•Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office® suite, Powerpoint, or similar software programs

Desired Skills

*Procurement or other experience in a DoD environment (FAR/DFAR)
*Placement of Purchase Orders that are of medium to high complexity

*Cultural Awareness in working with international suppliers
*Management of Firm Fixed Priced contracts in a compliant and effective manner
*Management of Flexibly Priced contracts in a compliant and effective manner
*Experience participating in negotiations
*Familiarity working with financials, including budgets and cost details
*Perform Price and Cost Analysis
*Project management skills
*Working in a SAP based environment
