CONUS-West Regional Manager: manage CAC/ID Card Operators/Verifying Officials (VOs) and Site Security Managers (SSMs) located at ID Card Facilities at assigned locations throughout the Continental United States (CONUS)-West Region who provide a wide range of customer service for Active Duty Military, Reserve, DoD Civilian Personnel, Retired, and Contractor personnel; manage Part Time On Call (PTOC) personnel who directly support the HRC CAC Contract for support requirements throughout the CONUS-West Region; coordinate with appropriate Chief of the Military Personnel Division (MPD), Installation Adjutant General, or equivalent along with the USG (Active Duty or GS Civilian) SSMs daily/weekly training/support requirements/issues and yearly performance appraisal input; facilitate two-way communications regarding time sheet management, benefits, payroll, and related administrative actions for employees at assigned locations; conduct Quality Assessments during site visits to monitor the effectiveness of CAC Operators; provide briefings, review statistics, and update site location information for data base maintenance; determine areas where improvements in operational support is necessary, point out such deficiencies to appropriate program development staffs in the agency, and articulate requirements and justification for program changes in terms of management benefits to be derived with top management officials as required; maintain current knowledge of regulations, provide recommendation for changes to regulatory guidance governing military ID Card/CAC issuance to the Army DEERS Project Officer for consideration; additional duties as assigned in support of the Army DEERS Project Office mission.
Must be a US Citizen
Must pass a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) Investigation
Must have a minimum one year experience in DEERS/RAPIDS
Must be able to obtain and maintain military installation access

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.
