The Systems Engineering, Integration & Test (SEIT) Electronic Warfare (EW) Electronic Protect (EP) Systems Department of Raytheon Space & Airborne Systems is seeking a LEAD Systems Engineer (LSE) for this growing Department. The LSE will be the technical interface with the program managers, suppliers, engineering team, and chief engineer while being held accountable to the Program Area Chief Engineer (PACE) and SEIT Department Manager. Applicants must exhibit an exceptional degree of ingenuity, creativity and resourcefulness.
The LSE should have demonstrable expertise in Electronic Warfare and/or Radar system engineering as well as some prior leadership experience. The Lead Systems Engineer is a key technical contributor to the program and will be responsible for all Systems Engineering tasks and work products on a program, assuring technical integrity throughout the program lifecycle and across all IPTs.

Required Education (including major): Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline.
