SAIC is seeking a Data Collection and Metrics Development Analyst to join our Chantilly, VA based team. The candidate will provide metrics development, collection of customer historical pattern-of-life and customer satisfaction metrics, and related analyses supporting User Engagement Support (UES) effort for the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO). The UES program provides: Training, Education and Exercise Support; NRO Enterprise Strategic Outreach; and User Engagement Outreach. UES enables users to leverage enterprise capabilities to solve operational and intelligence problems to influence system investment decisions to meet current and future needs. The major activities for UES are to understand user needs and identify capability gaps, deliver focused NRO solutions, provide training and education, provide users with visibility into and opportunities to influence NRO decisions, and to obtain user feedback.


The Data Collection and Metrics Development Analyst will assist the mission responsibilities include by are not limited to:

  • Develop objectives, goals, collection standards and algorithms for collecting enterprise historical patterns-of-life metrics, customer satisfaction metrics, and new metrics as appropriate.
  • Determine appropriate quantitative/qualitative data collection methods, sensor employment and data collection requirements.
  • Recommend best data collection points and appropriate methods for collecting.
  • Develop, collect, and analyze customer satisfaction surveys for customer pattern-of-life tracking and engagement return-on-investment assessment.
  • Develop metrics dashboards (e.g. Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, etc.) and appropriate algorithms to access appropriate level of customer engagement and customer satisfaction.
  • Performance analysis of all collected metrics.
  • Maintain currency on business intelligence and data metric technologies, survey methodologies, and database capabilities in order to conduct analysis/assessments for recommending changes to current enterprise data metrics collection tools.


Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 14 + years’ working in an operational environment
  • Experience supporting IC customers and understanding of their mission/product needs and culture
  • Must be a United States citizen

Required Clearances:

  •  Must possess TOP SECRET SCI with polygraph.
