THE CENTECH GROUP, Inc. (CENTECH®) is seeking a Help Desk Specialist to contribute to the Air Force National Capital Region (AFNCR) Network Infrastructure Support Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) Program, Andrews AFB, MD, to assist users with issues associated with the public address system, and events requiring the use thereof.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Qualifications are as follows:
Candidate must meet the requirements presented above
Candidate must have one (1) years experience
Candidate must have a Secret Security Clearance
Candidate must have a Security+ certification
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The duties and responsibilities of our Help Desk Specialist will be to provide assistance to users for the public address system, and events requiring the use thereof.
Required Skills:
Must have a broad, deep Customer Service orientation and professional demeanor
Must possess above average verbal and written communication skills
Must possess expertise in 1+ years of experience managing audio visual systems and familiarization with Anchor portable systems and Yamaha MG166C soundboards
Must have schedule flexibility to work varying hours
Desired skills:
Demonstrated experience interfacing with the Air Force is highly desired
