**Position requires an in-scope TS/SCI clearance and polygraph.**

 

Customer Relations personnel support the customer adjudications branch. They respond to customer requests and office requirements as directed by the branch chief. They answer questions concerning the processing and status of Adjudications actions. Duties typically include: 

  1. Interface between Government agencies and industrial organizations for obtaining, processing, verifying, and disseminating personnel security information and access to customer programs
  2. Maintain accurate personnel data in all files
  3. Update the customer  database
  4. Conduct an annual file audit
  5. Maintain accuracy of customer’s database  records, e.g., briefing and debriefing dates
  6. Prepare, as directed, cases for expedited requests from PSO and/or PSM
  7. Attentive to detail
  8. Conduct personnel clearance verification
  9. Able to use multiple IC databases 
  10. Maintain confidentiality of assets and information pertaining to personnel security
  11. Elicit, articulate, and document information in a well-organized manner
  12. Participates in special projects as required.

Qualifications:

5-8 years of related experience in facility or industrial security administration, preferably in the government contracting industry

 

Qualifications include:

  1. Experience in security personnel processing related to background investigations
  2. Knowledge of ICD 704 and E.O. 12968 guidelines
  3. Database data entry skills
  4. Ability to learn various databases during performance of the contract
  5. Prioritize competing tasks and possess effective time management skills
  6. Demonstrated experience with current version of Microsoft Office Suite
  7. Demonstrated customer service and telephone skills
  8. Able to work independently on assigned tasks.
  9. Exceptional customer service skills
  10. Demonstrated ability to problem solve and develop/create innovative solutions

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related business discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training or work experience.
