This is a long term temporary positon for an undermined length
Raytheon Global Business Services (GBS) is seeking individuals to join HR Employee Services. The successful candidate will be capable of providing excellent customer experiences while delivering services, processing transactions and solving problems for employees, supervisors and Human Resources professionals.

Provide support, services and transactions in Hiring/On-boarding, Leave of Absence/Accommodations, HR transactions, Temporary Domestic Offsite Assignments
(TDOA), Off-boarding and Export Import. Guide, resolve problems and complex HR process actions with employees, managers and functional professionals.
Conduct audits and address gaps to ensure compliance to policies, procedures and governance and to ensure quality. Conduct Raytheon Six Sigma continuous improvement actions associated with process steps or tools requiring improvement or correction. Prepare reports, metrics and other data to manage program performance. Utilize many company information systems to perform duties. Requires a detailed knowledge of company policies and practices.
Accountable for work accuracy, compliance with governance requirements and customer experience. Provides training to team members, partners and customers. Raytheon Six Sigma Specialist qualified.

Talent Acquisition Administration:
Support end to end Onboarding of new hires with an emphasis on candidate experience

Human Resources, Export / Import Services:
Providing Human Resources administrative services to employees, managers and Human Resources professionals
Preparing and processing employee changes in company personnel systems
Interpreting internal compensation governance to certify employee transactions
Processing telecommuting arrangements and Temporary Domestic Offsite Assignments

Leave of Absence & Accommodation Administration:
Processing and monitoring leaves of absences including medical, personal, military and FMLA

Processing actions and monitor activity associated with employee separations in accordance with company policy

Required Skills:
The successful candidate should have previous experience supporting recruiting administrative functions such as creating offer letters, initiating background checks & drug screens, collecting new hire paper work and other Talent Acquisition administration tasks
Previous experience working in a high volume fast past environment such as a staffing agency and/or call center would be a plus as well as ability to multi-task by working in various HRIS systems such as Kenexa, SuccessFactors, etc.

Required skills:
High School Diploma or equivalent

This position requires either a U.S. Person or a Non-U.S. Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization.
