About the role

Support for ensuring the supply and collection of materials from Engineers and external parties.

  • Raising engineer direct Order and dealing with engineering stock queries on bahalf of NGM.  
  • DODS ordering is a full time job that requires cover at all times within working hours  
  • Secondary to provide Admin Support for the Retained Organisation within Logistics. 
  • To include management of the site through room bookings, diary managemnet, raising non stock orders and day to day admin duties.

About you

  • Experience of working in an office environment and evidence of liaising with stakeholders
  • GCSE Level or equivalent
  • Proficent in Microsot packages.
  • SAP systems knowledge is desirable
