Supports customer logistics requirements through the analysis, organization, planning and administration of various phases of day-to-day provisioning, spares, maintenance and/or repair activities.

• Research best transportation options and determine best shipping methods based on customer, cargo type, and/or timeline requests
• Coordinate with Facilities Management for shipping equipment and order general office supplies
• Review existing on-hand inventory against standard inventory targets
• Manage procurements to include processing requests ensuring inventory requests are fulfilled as necessary to maintain target inventory levels
• Validate BOM(Bill of Material) cost provided by PM/Engineer against existing vendor purchase cost agreements(NDA required) 
• Initiate and manage all packet-device procurements for projects, to include ensuring procurements utilize existing vendor purchase-cost agreements
• Attend Branch and Division meeting as needed
• Fulfill property accountability and auditability actions; plan and conduct property inventory and reconcile discrepancies
• Provide reports on inventory levels, utilization, and procurement activities to customer monthly 
• POC for IT repairs, changes, upgrades, etc. and responsible for ensuring all tasks are completed
Solid knowledge of logistics policies and regulations
Strong written and oral communications skills

1. Analyzes standard contractual documents, technical data, customer usage data, customer maintenance practices, customer operation characteristics, and related reports for assigned contracts to determine spares provisioning or maintenance/repair requirements.


2. Develops logistics plans in order to enhance distribution of goods and supplies.


3. Follows established policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure quality and cost control.


4. Conducts distribution and network studies, monitors inventory and analyzes requirements in order to develop strategies to achieve desired delivery times.


5. Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned.


6. Participates in special projects as required.


2-5 years of related experience in logistics, traffic and/or supply chain management.

Bachelors Degree in a related discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work/military experience.
