In collaboration with the broader marketing organization, develop and maintain briefing format for marketing/advertising plans as well as an approach for evaluating advertising
Establish and maintain creative evaluation approach, guidelines and brand organization roles of engagement
Manage digital content delivery in conjunction with production team
Educate brand organization on creative effectiveness Principles (Per Laws of Growth)
In collaboration with the broader marketing organization, develop training/enlightenment modules and schedule for brand organization for developing “Provocative” creative
Lead agency resources to build bespoke resources for evolution of marketing department
Oversee creative development, ensuring strong consistency and impact of the company’s branding efforts, including management of creative agencies.
10+ years Marketing experience; mix of client and agency experience preferred
Innovative, creative and abstract thinker
Strong creative POV and ability to share it in an open-minded and constructive way
Experience in creative and developing advertising campaign across media channels
Strong understanding of advertising effectiveness and copy testing methods
Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously
Produced and launched multiple integrated campaigns
Ability to work seamlessly across various marketing and brand groups in a collaborative manner.
