Description:Develops and implements safety program to prevent or correct unsafe working conditions. Investigate mishaps and conduct training. Should have a knowledge of government policies and procedures associated with public safety.
Leads accident investigations involving damage to products or related facilities and assists in identification of causes and corrective actions.
Member of an ESH team supporting unclassified and classified programs conducting thorough and complete investigations.
Conducts investigations into diverse, complex situations involving employee injury or property damage
Prepares comprehensive reports of investigation and case presentations. Conducts in-depth interviews with the ability to diffuse situations accordingly.
Collects, process, and analyzes various forms of evidence.
Tracks and keeps management abreast of trends and developing safety issues.
Stays knowledgeable of changes in applicable internal processes, industrial standards regulations and laws.
Performs as both an individual and a team contributor.
Experienced professional with the broad and diverse investigative background in addressing misconduct issues.
Coordinate medical exams for TDY employees.
Conduct New Hire Orientation and ESH related training for employees.
Military experience in a leadership position
Background in compliance programs and accident investigation other like operations.
Experience managing radiation program, training programs or additional duty NBC NCO
Customer service oriented.
Ability to ensure regulatory compliance with minimal direct supervision.
