Job Summary

Support Jacksonville Shallow Water Training Range (JSWTR) customers in conducting undersea warfare training missions.
Responsible for data collection, generation and review of real-time track data for presentation as de-brief products to the JSWTR customer
Manage electronic data files and graphic displays in real time.
Operates and maintains the Tactical Combat Training System (TCTS) equipment.
Operate computer applications including those for aircraft, ship and undersea tracking systems, word processing; and database and spreadsheet management.
Ensure all configuration changes pursuant to the duties of this position are documented and approved IAW established processes.
Ability to work various shifts including, nights, weekends and holidays when necessary; and occasional extended 12 hours shifts as required by operational needs.
Must successfully complete all assigned training and ensure entry into their training jacket, including but not limited to monthly CTTR training assigned to Share Point, government assigned training in TWMS, and all other non-recurring training as assigned.
Accurately document work performed in the IEMS.
May be required to travel up to 50% in performance of work (Government Joint Travel Regulations are applicable to all travel).
Work is scheduled by the manager or supervisor based on mission schedule and fleet requirements. Mission support may require shifting schedules to accommodate fleet readiness and to ensure crew rest.
Other duties as assigned by CSM.

Minimum Requirements

Five years� experience in anti-submarine operations.
Training in tactical data information links and fundamentals.
Operational knowledge of Naval Aviation Torpedo Qualification Grading Criteria and firing reports.
Experience in computer systems analysis (hardware/software), computer programming, LAN support (including server and work stations)
Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications with excellent keyboard skills.
NET Plus or Security Plus certification required within 6 months of hire.
Must possess & maintain a valid state Driver�s License.
Must possess and maintain an active DoD Security clearance
Must obtain & maintain current CPR/First Aid certification.

Preferred Qualifications

Weapons Tactics Instructor (WTI)
Familiarity with Tactical Training Range equipment (e.g. TCTS, LADR, JDS, link 16, IRIDIUM, and DRMS)
Windows certification
