Description:OE position reporting to the OE site manager within the Prod Ops organization. Responsiblities include but not limited to site capital, capacity planning, special projects oversight including facility expansion, and factory layout, MES development, factory performance metrics development and analsysis, packaging and handling improvements and supports the Performance Management Team process in an IE capacity. Further identifies OFIs and justification for process and manufacturing capability improvement initiatives in collaboration with process and manufacturing engineering such as automation or process technology advancement. Leads or supports site SIAs, Lean Six Sigma activities, SPC, equipment control plans and Design and analysis of experiments, etc.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline from an accredited college.
Minimum 3.0 GPA
Demonstrated experience in business and manufacturing environments.
Past experience in identification, planning and execution of process improvement projects or manufacturing support activities on an individual contributor basis or in a team oriented environment.
Statistical Analysis capability with supporting software apps such as JUMP.
Lean manufacturing experience or Six Sigma.
Experience in capacity planning and factory flow layout is a plus.
